About Litov - Minimalist 11ty JAMstack Theme
Litov is a pure 11ty JAMstack theme. We built it because Astro and Next.js are overkill for content sites. Faster SEO, Lighthouse 100, CMS ready.
About Litov - Pure 11ty, Not Astro, Not Next.js
Litov is a minimalist 11ty JAMstack theme built with Build Awesome Version.
We created Litov after building client sites with Astro and Next.js. The reality? For portfolios, company profiles, and blogs, Astro ships islands and Next.js ships hydration — both slow down your SEO.
Litov is different:
1. Pure 11ty Core - This is a real 11ty theme. No Astro island, no Next.js client JS. Just static HTML that loads under 1 second and ranks.
2. Searching for Astro or Next.js Theme? If you Googled "Astro theme" or "Next.js theme", you are in the right place. Litov 11ty gives you the same modern stack but 3x faster for content. No complex setup like Next.js, no island config like Astro.
3. JAMstack Performance That Sells - Built for Lighthouse 100. Auto SEO, Open Graph, Twitter Card, and JSON-LD included. Your site will outrank heavy Astro and Next.js competitors.
4. Built for Serious Creators - Agency, portfolio, interior, or docs. Edit with TinaCMS or Markdown. One-time payment $99, use on unlimited client projects.
Why 11ty over Astro and Next.js? Astro is great for interactive sites. Next.js is great for web apps. For content that needs to rank, 11ty is still the fastest. Litov proves it.
What you get:
